Terms of Service


Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TalkFRCA ("the Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Healthcare Design Studio Ltd and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

TalkFRCA is an educational platform designed solely for exam preparation and structured viva practice. It does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, guidance for patient care, or decision support of any kind.

3. Educational and Automated Content Disclaimer

The Service includes content generated, summarised, or delivered through automated systems.

Users must independently verify all clinical concepts, facts, calculations, definitions, and explanations with established professional sources.

Nothing in the Service should be relied upon for clinical practice or patient care.

Healthcare Design Studio Ltd does not accept responsibility for any reliance placed on content generated or displayed within the platform.

4. Use of the Service

You may access the Service for personal exam preparation and non-commercial use. You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute platform content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the platform or supporting infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for clinical decision-making or teaching patients.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Healthcare Design Studio Ltd may suspend or restrict your account at any time if misuse is detected.

5. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration details.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We may limit or suspend access if payment issues occur or if misuse is identified.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be monthly or annual.
  • All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • We may modify pricing at any time; continued use indicates acceptance of updated fees.
  • If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

7. User Content

If you upload, type, or submit content (e.g., written responses):

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant Healthcare Design Studio Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and display it for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
  • You must not submit material that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

8. Data Processing and Analytics

The platform processes interaction data to deliver and improve features.

Data we process

  • Text responses and transcripts of viva sessions
  • Performance metrics and analytics
  • Interaction data generated during active sessions
  • Metadata required for service operations

Data we do not store

  • TalkFRCA does not store audio, but Vapi (our voice infrastructure provider) may retain encrypted audio packets and related telemetry for a limited period to improve its service, subject to Vapi's own terms.

Third-party processors

The Service may use technologies provided by:

Vapi, Deepgram, Supabase, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and other authorised partners essential for functionality and model improvement.

By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

9. AI Processing and Model Improvement

Transcripts and interaction data may be used to improve automated models and platform performance. This includes routing anonymised or pseudonymised data to selected third-party model providers.

No identifiable clinical or patient data should ever be entered into the Service.

10. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • Use the Service for clinical decision-making or real-world patient care.
  • Input patient-identifiable information.
  • Circumvent payment, security, or access controls.
  • Conduct automated scraping or bulk extraction of content.
  • Use the Service for promotional, commercial, or institutional purposes without written permission.

11. Service Availability

TalkFRCA may change, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or permanent data availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England & Wales:

  • Healthcare Design Studio Ltd is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies within educational or automated content.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
  • Nothing in this section limits liability where prohibited by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service confirms acceptance of the revised version. A notice of material changes will be published on the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England & Wales.
